Edwin P. Madarang, HVACR Instructor of ISAT, presented to the Management Committee (ManCom) a demonstration of Competency-Based Training Delivery on November 28, 2008.
With a group of HVCR students, Madarang featured the different aspects of CBT Delivery from the enrollment of the student, during and after the course training. He presented how to handle the orientation and training of students.
The ManCom members expressed their appreciation for the demonstration, and for the initiative of ISAT in presenting the CBT demonstration.
