Haircutting Graduates Receive Certificates & Business Kits

Twenty one student-trainees in Haircutting were conferred Certificates of Training in a graduation rites held on November 14, 2008 at the ISAT Multi-Purpose Hall.
 

The student-trainess finished the five-day training in Haircutting under the PGMA Training for Work Scholarship Program (TWSP) of the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA). Thru this program, they were awarded Certificates of Training in Haircutting Leading to Beauty Care NC II, and Business Kits to jump start their careers.

Mrs. Amelita Pardinez, Beauty Care Instructor, facilitated the training under the supervision of the TESDA Isabela Provincial Office.

  

One of the graduates, Hazel L. Tacac, receives the Certificate of Training from the Vocational School Superintendent Igmedio S. Casticon.
